Ice Control Sand
With temperatures often cold enough to make salt infective,
and salt becoming harder to come by and more expensive all the time, our
sand is a more efficient and more affordable alternative. Our sand is made
to be free flowing through sanders, so you can either spread it as is, or
blend it with your salt to boost your valuable salt's effectiveness.
Additionally, with environmental concerns become more and more
of an issue, as salt washes into storm sewers it wreaks havoc on our
precious wetlands. Using sand is a much more eco-friendly alternative to
corrosive salt.
